Forms

When you fill in a form (Pro waitlist, student licence, feedback), we receive the fields you enter: email address, school, message, page language. They are used only to reply, to tell you when Pro launches or to handle your licence request. They are stored by our host Netlify (USA) and are never sold or shared.

Retention and rights

Data is kept for at most 24 months after our last exchange. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at contact@gradinostairs.com, and complain to your data protection authority (CNIL in France).

The extension

The Gradino Stairs extension sends no data from your models. The “Report” link opens your own email client; nothing is sent without your action.
